Why we are looking for domain partners.
General-purpose AI does not know your industry’s databases, simulation tools or acceptance criteria. The people who do are the ones we want to build with.
Every engineering field has its own data, its own software and its own rules of thumb. Power systems engineers live in network models and grid-code requirements. Process engineers live in simulators and plant data. Structural engineers live in design checks and specifications.
A general-purpose AI model knows a little about all of them and the specifics of none. It does not know your databases, it cannot run your simulation tools, and it does not know which result an experienced engineer would reject on sight.
Blocks for a whole industry
QMerse already lets an organisation extend the platform with its own tools, APIs, models and data sources. A domain partner does that for an entire field: connecting the databases and engineering software that field depends on as Blocks an agent can call, encoding the checks that make a result defensible, and packaging the studies the industry repeats as templates others can start from.
The engineer still signs off. What changes is that the setup, the runs and the first pass of checking happen the same way every time, with a trace behind every result.
Who we want to hear from
Engineering consultancies, software vendors, operators, research groups and independent specialists who know a domain deeply and want to see it on a platform built for judgement-heavy work. We are starting with five founding domain partners, and we would rather build one domain properly with each of them than sign many and help none.
If that sounds like you, tell us about your domain.
